Felsensicht is an ultra modern, large, attractive and wonderfully comfortable home. It is beautifully furnished with all mod cons. All necessary linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans etc are provided. On the ground floor there is a large double garage with storage area. The middle floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area. There is a Jetmaster fireplace, satellite TV and underfloor heating. The kitchen has a glass-top stove with oven, a fridge freezer and a microwave oven. The washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer are located in the scullery.

There is a large outdoor sea facing patio area with a Weber for barbeques. The views from here are magnificent. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms each leading out onto a sea-facing patio. RedButton Internet Hotspots are installed throughout the house. Credit card vouchers are required to access the RedButton wireless network. Felsensicht is a fully equipped self-catering holiday home. There are many excellent restaurants in the area serving a wide range of outstanding cuisine. These are all within walking and /or driving distance including The Meeting Place, Bertha’s, The Salty Sea Dog, the Quarter Deck, Cafe Pescado, Bon Appétit (highly recommended) and, 2½ km from Felsensicht towards the south, The Black Marlin. Simon’s Town also boasts its own waterfront with a host of quaint shops selling curios, clothing, artefacts etc.

The following beaches range from 200m to 2 km from Felsensicht: Fisherman’s Beach, Windmill Beach, Boulders Penguin Beach (National Heritage Site), Foxy Beach, Water’s Edge and Seaforth Beach.
