Luggage can always be dropped off earlier than 15h00, if necessary. It is possible to check-in earlier, and check-out later, on Saturdays and Sundays. Please ask if an earlier check-in or later check-out is possible on other days.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A non refundable 30% deposit is required within 5 working days of your enquiry in order to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% is required to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable "breakages/loss" deposit of between R1500 and R5000 (short term to long term lets) is required to be paid, in the form of a cheque, to our caretaker on arrival. The cheque should be made out to Mr R C Hochreiter. The cheque will be kept in trust and returned to you (or destroyed, should you prefer) one week after departure following a satisfactory inventory count. A special waiver for overseas visitors is in place regarding the "breakages/loss" deposit.
